Shipping and Return Policy
- All plants are shipped bareroot coated with a moisture holding agent on the roots.
- We wrap it in moisture pads and have air holes in our boxes.
- Most plants ship in a 40”x8”x8” box.
- When four or more plants are ordered at same time, we ship in a 12x10x10 inch box with same as above.
- If a plant is dead or damaged, please place in clean water overnight to re-hydrate, then plant.
- Allow two weeks in ground or container to see if new sprouts or new leaves appear.
- If not send email to bambooplants@timberbamboonursery.com, Along with pictures of plants at arrival and at two weeks. Then we will make sure you are a happy customer.
